Run your own counter's numbers
Change anything below and the receipt updates. The only number that's really a guess is the attach rate — what share of your customers buys one — so start at 6% and slide it to whatever you think is honest for your shop.

The cookie comparison uses a 10% net margin on your own products (about profit on a cookie) — the same take-home basis, minus the labour. Sticker margin carries no labour, no spoilage, and no cross-contamination risk.
What it earns you, by attach rate
At 100 customers a day, six days a week — 31,200 transactions a year.

How the program runs
Pick your counter size
Pay for the year and every sticker is $1.15 to you — it sells for $3.99, so you keep $2.84 of each one. Every account starts at Design #1 and moves through the collection a design a month. Change size or cancel any time.
Paying monthly costs 20% more — $1.38 a sticker instead of $1.15.

Or just try it for a month, free
We'll send a starter batch and a counter display at no cost. You sell them at $3.99 and keep every dollar. All we ask is that you tell us how it went: when they went out, when they sold out, and roughly how many customers came through in between. That number is worth more to us than the stickers.
Questions bakers actually ask
What if they don't sell?
Then you've lost nothing. The first placement is on consignment — you pay for what sells and we take the rest back. After that you're on a monthly plan you can cancel any time, and we size each month to what your counter actually moved the month before.
Is there any cross-contamination risk?
None. It's a printed vinyl sticker in a sealed display — no flour, no allergens, no shared surfaces with anything you bake. That's the whole point: it's a gluten-free product you can sell without changing a single thing about your kitchen.
How much counter space does it take?
About six inches. We supply a small display stand that sits at the register where impulse buys happen. Placement matters more than almost anything else, so we'll tell you exactly where it works best.
Why would my customers buy a sticker?
Because it isn't really a sticker — it's a small piece of identity for people who spend a lot of their week explaining their diet to other people. Gluten-free customers are unusually loyal and unusually connected to each other. A design a month turns that into a reason to come back.
Do I get a different design than the bakery down the road?
Usually, yes — and on purpose. Accounts sit at different points in the rotation, so a customer who shops at both counters sees a different design at each one and collects both. If it makes more sense for a town to share a single design in a given month, we can sync that instead.
Can you put my bakery's logo on one?
Yes — we can co-brand one of the monthly designs with your own logo or mascot. It costs a bit more and it's the best advertising you'll buy, because people stick it on their laptops. Ask us about it.
